Hey y'all! This is me and my family! We love outdoors activities and anything with a food stand! I breastfed my daughter for 22 months exclusively at the breast and my son for 26 months, during which I did a combination of pumping and nursing at the breast.

I am a prenatal and postpartum doula passionate about empowering parents through my work. I choose to become a birthworker because I want all parents to be able to make informed decisions and have compassionate support needed during this life changing time in their lives.
